Thanks to everyone who participated in last year’s show. The franchisees continue to say it’s their main buying show. This years Symposium Trade Show will again be held at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center in Covington, Kentucky. We will be on the first floor to make set-up easier.

You will be provided…pipe and draped booth space, one skirted table, two chairs, name tags for attendees, signage with your company name, Wednesday lunch on the trade show floor, and tickets to the social on Wednesday evening. Carpeting in the booths will not be provided as the trade show floor is not carpeted. This can be secured through George E. Fern Co. or you can provide your own.
The Geo E. Fern Company will deal directly with you for any additional needs or any freight you may need to have delivered. (electrical and internet are handled by the Convention Center – see below.) They will receive up to 500 lbs. of association freight at no charge (delivered to one destination in the facility. Additional drayage will be performed (for association) at a 25% discount from the published show rates. Once your registration has been received, the Geo E. Fern Co will provide you with a packet outlining additional services provided and their fees.
